Door Information and Approved Doors 

Door Information:

​

  • In-Swing doors cannot be used.

  • Replacement type must conform to Delray City Code requirements.

    • Color must conform to Shadywoods scheme, matching the house stucco or trim color

      • Five (5) different types of  doors allowed:

        1. Six Panel

        2. Half Moon/Oval

        3. 1/4 Glass Panel

        4. Full Glass Panel

        5. 3/4 Glass Panel
